1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bw333 ("bw333", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features available at bw333.app. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the bw333 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Account Registration

If bw333 identifies that a player has opened or is operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means of identification — all such accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be held for investigation, and any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings accrued across the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

2.4 Account Credentials

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bw333 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bw333 does not apply currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals made using supported local payment methods.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

4.3 Deposit Processing

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via mobile wallet methods are typically processed within 30 minutes to a few hours during normal operating periods. bw333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be issued to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same account, unless otherwise approved by the bw333 compliance team.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bw333 operates in accordance with responsible anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. bw333 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit at any time. Any account found to be involved in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will be immediately suspended and reported in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.3 Deposits Made While a Bonus Is Active

Any deposit made while a bonus is active on your account will be treated in accordance with the specific terms of that promotion. In some cases, an additional deposit may increase the wagering requirement attached to the active bonus. 6 User Obligations

By using the bw333 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players without exception.

6.2 Responsible Use

You agree to use the bw333 platform in a responsible manner consistent with its entertainment purpose. 6.3 Communication

By registering with bw333 you agree to receive essential account-related communications via the email address and mobile number provided during registration. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via your account settings. Essential communications regarding account security, KYC requirements, and withdrawal processing cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bw333 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method and any active bonus funds (including wagering-incomplete bonus balances) will be removed. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

7.3 Suspension by bw333

In cases of account suspension for investigation, bw333 will communicate the reason for suspension to the affected player via the registered email address and will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. Where a suspension results in permanent closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player after the conclusion of any investigation period.

8 Limitations of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

bw333 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform and all its services. However, bw333 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, delay, or error. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure issues, or events outside bw333's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. bw333 accepts no liability for losses, including any loss of potential winnings, arising from platform downtime or interruption.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games and live dealer content on the bw333 platform are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bw333 acts as a distributor of this content and does not control the underlying game software or RNG systems used by these providers. In the event of a game malfunction caused by a third-party provider's software, bw333's liability is limited to returning the affected wager stake to the player's account.

8.3 Internet Connectivity

You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection when using the bw333 platform. bw333 accepts no liability for any loss of data, disconnected gaming sessions, unplaced bets, or failed deposits resulting from connectivity issues on your end, whether via mobile data networks or fixed broadband.

8.4 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bw333's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their bw333 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bw333, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in violation of any applicable law, or any fraudulent activity conducted through your account.
